Paul Mohapel
Paul began his career as a neuroscientist, and while working in Sweden he had an epiphany that inspired him to leave science and move towards leadership. Today, he uses his knowledge of the brain, psychology, and leadership to consult, facilitate and educate with organizations. He works with a wide array of clients, ranging from private corporations, government, and health care. He is an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University and the Canadian Medical Association, teaching in leadership. He also conducts some research in leadership, having published over 30 academic articles. He has been invited as a guest speaker to over twenty international conferences. Paul is also an aspiring author, currently writing his first book on brain-based leadership.
Tammie Wylie
Since 1996, Tammie Wylie’s consulting company works nationally with those impacted by trauma, abuse, and addictions in Aboriginal communities. Previously working for reconciliation between the Catholic Church and Aboriginal people in Canada, her work provides a solid foundation in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution. Achieving a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Training, Tammie enhanced her ability to expand her work in Leadership and Organizational Development by aligning valuable lessons learned in her previous intensive personal development work.
